Jonas Knudsen, born in Denmark and raised in Berlin, finished school, completed training at an advertising agency, and studied sociology.
Yearning to get into making movies, he took various jobs after completing his studies, participating in a number of film productions such as that of the Berlin director Rudolf Thomé.
In 2003, he landed a major surprise with the successful motion picture VIER KÖNIGE-DREI REGELN – written, directed and produced all by his sweet self. The movie was shown at the international festival Hofer Filmtage and sold to a German TV-station.
In 2005, he took a temporary break from filming and founded, together with Roman Avianus, the film equipment hire service 25p *cine support GmbH.
With JORONI Film it is once more time to revert to his original passion: making movies.
